The State of Washington has at least 17 Indian operated casinos and several card rooms. The Lummi Casino in Bellingham is the oldest Indian casino and offers blackjack, poker, and pai gow. All the Indian casinos offer a full complement of games. The card rooms may offer social blackjack, social poker, pan, hearts, cribbage. pinochle, and pull tabs. In social blackjack and poker the players alternate being the banker/dealer. In pan there are dealers. The card rooms are limited to a five tables maximum. Sports pools are allowed if the operator pays out all money collected less taxes to the players.
